The ACRA FMC-2150P & FMC-2600P Heavy Vertical Machining Center Is An Accurate And Reliable Machine Designed For 3 And 4 Axis Prototype, Mold, Or Production Use. Large Heavily Ribbed Meehanite Casting, Quality Components, And Construction By An Experienced Builder Provides Unparalleled Rigidity, Precision, And Lasting Performance. This Machine Incorporates Box Ways On All Three Axes With Turcite-B For Lasting Precision. The Saddle (Y) Has 4 Wide Slideways.

Ballscrews Are Double Nut, Anchored And Force Lubricated At Both Ends, Pre-Tensioned And Laser Aligned. No Table Overhang; The Saddle Supports The Table Over Its Entire Travel For Flatness And Stability. Accuracies Meet Or Exceed JIS With Full Table Load. Built In Auger Screws Provide Chip Conveyance. The Spindle Uses Three Class-7 Angular Contact Bearings And Is Fully Encased In Stainless Steel. Rigid Tap Is Standard. The Heavily Ribbed And Oversized Headstock Casting, Completes With Recirculating Oil, Virtually EliminatesThermal Growth And Vibration. The Tool Changer Is A Carousel Type, Or Side Mount ATC Optional. Available Control Systems Include Mitsubishi (64M Std), FANUC, Siemens, Heidenhain, Selca, And ECS.
